A San Antonio native, Kaycie Tyler became President of T-Core Engineers in January 2017, just over 4 years after founding the company with Jeff Tyler in December 2012. Mrs. Tyler brings a diverse business background to T-Core having served in various roles for over a decade in both the corporate and nonprofit sector. Her most recent endeavor is her consulting company which she began in November 2014. As a consultant, Mrs. Tyler assists clients with filling areas of need within their business and specializes in identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, particularly with regard to finances. Her focus has primarily been on startup businesses and nonprofits looking to establish or re-establish a strong foundation on which to operate. This experience and her myriad of skills make her the ideal leader for an up and coming engineering firm such as T-Core.

Prior to launching her consulting business, Mrs. Tyler dedicated her career to the nonprofit field. While fulfilling her passion to serve others, Mrs. Tyler thrived working in many different capacities including fundraising, grant procurement and management, major event management, program development, outcomes and accountability management, administration, human resources, and accounting. Mrs. Tyler was key in developing systems and procedures that enabled the organization to operate efficiently and, thus, remain focused on its mission. Most recently, she joined an inner city arts nonprofit that was days away from closing its doors and brought it out of imminent demise with her aptitude and experience. In addition to rebuilding its financial state, she secured the funding required to expand its facilities three-fold and enabled the programs to grow participation by over 100%.

Mrs. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.
